Huang Chun, male, born in 1964, master of medical science, chief doctor, professor, tutor of master-degree postgraduate. Graduated from Chongqing University of Medical Science in 1982, assigned to Beijing You’an Hospital Attached to the Capital University of Medical Science in the same year. Attended in advanced studies in Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Guangzhou Southern Hospital of the First University of Military Medicine successively. Now he acts as Vice Director for medical service of the Hospital, vice director with Beijing HIV/AIDS Prevention & Treatment Research & Cooperation Center, and principal of the Love-Heart Home.

I. Special responsibility
He is mainly engaged in basic and clinical research of contagious and infectious diseases, proficient in clinical diagnosis and treatment technology of common diseases, difficult and severe diseases such as viral hepatitis, hepatocirrhosis, and liver cancer. He has in-depth studies in clinical care and psychological rehabilitation of AIDS. He participated in and organized the design, declaration and management of major research projects at municipal level over.

Member of the 4th China Association of Young Science Workers; administrative director of China HIV/AIDS Prevention & Treatment Association; chief member with the Care & Treatment Working Commission, China HIV/AIDS Prevention & Treatment Association; director with China Foundation of HIV/AIDS Prevention; vice secretary-general with Fengtai District Hospital Association; part-time professor with the Department of Management, Capital University of Medical Science; member of Beijing Consulting Commission of Basic Medical Insurance Premium Management; member of expert team with External Liaison Working Commission, China Medical Science Society Beijing Branch; member of expert team with Beijing Red Cross Society Red Page of the Capital editing commission; member of “Care for Women” Expert Commission, All-China Women’s Federation.

1. Research into efficient and united anti-virus interrupted treatment and combined TCM and western medicine treatment of AIDS (Beijing Science and Technology Commission, 2001-2004), research funds: RMB 500,000, as the second principal.
2. Research into integration of diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis (Beijing Science and Technology Commission, 2002-2004), research funds: RMB 15 million, as important participant and organizer.
3. Research into pathological and physiological mechanism of severe hepatitis with insufficiency of multiple organs (Beijing Science and Technology Commission, 2001-2004), research funds: RMB 1.80 million, as the third principal.
4. Clinical treatment of AIDS and care mode generalization in grass-root medical institutions – “Love-Heart Home” (project of 2003 national AIDS prevention and treatment social mobilization funds), research fund: RMB 120,000, as the first principal.
