1971－1974：North Sea Fleet 9422 troops of People's Liberation Army, as the health worker, Vice squad leader, Acting squad leader. Joined the Communist Party of China in November 1971.
1974－1976：Beijing AnDing Hospital nurse. The Beijing Health Bureau Theory Class member.
1976—1978: Beijing AnDing Hospital Acting Secretary of Youth League Committee, officer.
1984－1987: Studied and graduate from the Beijing Experimental University Discipline inspection Professional.
1987－1991:The Beijing AnDing Hospital office director and Reform office director.
1991－2007:Beijing Emergency Medical Center Vice Director.

From 2001 to 2003, Studied and graduated from the Enterprise Management postgraduate class in Capital University of Economics and Business. Now is hired as Executive Member of Hospital Logistical Management Association branch Beijing Hospital Management Association; Executive Member of Beijing Health Economic Association; Executive Member of National Emergency Center Station Management Council of National Hospital Management Association, branch of Chinese Medical Association 
From August 2007: as Vice Director of Beijing YouAn Hospital.
