Hello everybody!
On behalf of all members of Beijing You’an Hospital Attached to the Capital University of Medical Science, I extend heartfelt appreciation to all friends visiting our web site.
Over almost five decades of construction and evolution, Beijing You’an Hospital has become a comprehensive hospital integrating medical science, heath care and rehabilitation specialized in infectious diseases. You’an Hospital Federation was founded by gathering 39 infectious disease hospitals across the country. It has reaped splendid fruits in respect of medical service, teaching, research, prevention, nursing and management. The evolution history of You’an Hospital closely links to the fortune of New China. It is a flowery picture drew by generations of medical workers dedicating to infectious disease prevention and treatment with sweat, tear and mirth. The Hospital will follow the cultural idea of “abiding by professional ethics and blessing each other’s safety”. We will work hard to create a hospital satisfying the people, with our medical workers as the root and patients as the center.
We firmly believe that, You’an Hospital will make positive contribution to China’s infectious disease prevention and control, and China building of public health safety system. Li Ning, male, 48 years old, graduated from the Department of Medical Service, Capital University of Medical Science in 1982, assigned to the General Surgery Department, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Attached to the Capital University of Medical Science in the same year, acted as Vice Director of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital in 1992, and transferred to Beijing You’an Hospital Attached to the Capital University of Medical Science in May 2006.
Current post:
Secretary of the Party committee with Beijing You’an Hospital, professor of surgery, professor, mater-degree postgraduate tutor.
Main special responsibilities:
Focusing on clinical and basic research of liver, gallbladder, and pancreas surgery, severe surgery diseases, liver transplantation. Main research direction: viscera function protection in operation period of liver transplantation, transplantation immunity, gene treatment of tumor, optic power treatment of tumor, and surgery nutrition, etc. TCM and Western medicine combination research direction: research into protective function mechanism of herbal medicine microorganism ferment on intestine viscidity, research into effect of microorganism ferment herbal medicine, research of anti-virus function mechanism of herbal medicine, and research into anti-drug-resistant-bacterium function mechanism.

Experience of medical clinical practice:
Graduated from the Department of Medical Service, Capital University of Medical Science in 1982, assigned to the General Surgery Department, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Attached to the Capital University of Medical Science in the same year, acted as inpatient physician, associate professor of treatment, professor of treatment, professor, master-degree postgraduate tutor successively. Focusing on clinical and basic research of liver, gallbladder, and pancreas surgery, severe surgery diseases, liver transplantation. Winning the first excellent young physician prize of Beijing Health Bureau in 1990. He was granted special government allowance of the State Council in 2004.
During 1998~1999, he visited Chicago University Medical School, Danfo College of Medical Science, and Australian national liver transplantation center in Melbourne-based Austin Hospital to learn liver transplantation. In 1999, he took the lead in carrying out clinical and basic study and practice of liver transplantation in Beijing area as the Director of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Liver Transplantation Center. Over the past six years, he directed more than 200 clinical liver transplantation cases, which were liver transplantation operations with the highest rate of success and highest rate of long-term survival in Beijing area. He is the liver transplantation task leader in Beijing area.
Research projects carried out:
Undertaking the sub-project "Mechanism and molecualr obstruction of malignant tumor invasion and metastasis" of the National Key Fundamental Research 973 project "Early diagnosis and clearance of latent and micrometastatic lesions during tumor metastasis" (backbone member of the project).
Carried out the subproject of National 863 Project, “research of modern digital core medical equipment and key technology”: research of application and current development situation of modern digital core technical equipment in China’s grade-3 medical institutions (as principal of the sub-project).
Undertaking the Capital Medical Development Foundation project "Study on mechanism, prevention and therapy of injury of intestinal mucosal barrier caused by portal vein occlusion (project leader).
Undertaking the Beijing Municipal Excellent Youth Foundation project "Experimental study on the effect of local application of suicide gene in postoperative liver cancer and liver transplantation on metastatic lymph nodes" (project leader).
Completion of the Key Discipline Program of Beijing Municipal Health Bureau project: "Study on the application of allogeneic liver transplantation" of "Major organ transplantation".
Undertaking the research project of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine: "Study on the protective mechanism of microbial ferment in Chinese Traditional Medicine on intestinal mucosa".
Undertaking the research project on Phase III clinical trial of Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Enwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Sichuan: " Phase III clinical trial for Qiankunning Tablet – a randomized double-blind, double-dummy, multi-center clinical trial using Qingkailing Kelin as a control to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qiankunning Tablet in the treatment of common cold (Wind-heat syndrome)".
