Li Yu mei: Han nationality; CPC member; Deputy director of Physicians, Graduated from Public Health School of Shanghai Medical University in 1991. From 2000-2006, worked in Beijing Health Supervision Bureau, as office director, Party branch secretary, vice-director. From 2006-2008, worked as vice-director in Beijing Centers for Diseaes Control and Prevention; In November 2008, acts as secretary of the Party committee and vice-director of Beijing You’an Hospital.
