First study the technical post of the doctors:
Senior: chief physician (professor), associate chief physician (associate professor)
Intermediate: attending physician (lecturer)
Elementary: physician (assistant)
So there are chief physician and professor in Affiliated Hospital of Medical School.
Don’t blindly register the expert outpatient department, except:
1. Diseases that difficult to determine for a long time  
2. Strong economic basis
3. Treatment result is not good.
4. The junior hospitals or the ones in remote area can’t deal with the disease.
