陈德喜，教授，研究员。1997年获得北京大学医学院生物化学与分子生物学博士学位；1997年至2006年先后在美国匹兹堡大学神经研究所、美国波特兰Dow R.S神经生物研究所、和美国俄勒冈健康与科学大学进行衰老和肿瘤学研究；2006年至2013年，任首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院感染中心副主任，性病艾滋病研究室主任，2010年至今任北京市肝病研究所常务副所长。

    自2006年底作为首都医科大学引进人才回国任北京佑安医院的艾滋病实验室主任，创建并完善了集艾滋病临床检验与科研于一体的包括细胞生物学、免疫学和分子生物学研究的现代化实验室。为北京市大课题、国家“十一五”和“十二五”、国家自然基金和北京市自然基金的完成及人才培养提供了保障，并获得了艾滋病北京市重点实验室。依据这一平台，艾滋病中心在5年间发表SCI收录论著 50余篇，培养博士研究生10名，硕士研究生15名，申请到“十一五”和“十二五”、“十三五”和国家自然基金等科研基金共20余项，基金总额近5千余万元。

    任北京市肝病研究所常务副所长以来，在院领导和北京市卫计委的支持下带领研究所全体人员利用5年时间初步建成了与时代相适应的现代化肝病研究所。建立起了包括小动物研究平台；蛋白质组学临床肝病转化研究平台；核酸检测实验平台；质谱流式平台，细胞生物学研究平台；组织形态研究平台在内的6大科研平台. 6大研究平台的建立和完善,为我们的转化医学研究提供了很好的保障.。6年来选派了7名博士后去美国学习一年，一名访问学者赴日本培训两年，并每年邀请国内外学者来所讲学10余次。2012年5月，我们在北京组织并主持召开了高水平的中美肝癌诊断研究国际论坛。全所近5年发表SCI论著40余篇，总影响因子超过100分。申报和获批发明专利各8项。获得了国家自然基金13项和北京市人才发展相关基金9项。完成了12项市局级以上课题的基础上利用首医大基础与临床合作基金和佑安肝病基金的资助开展了以重肝临床发病机制研究和原发性肝癌细胞治疗机制研究为重点的自主立项课题30个。申报和获批了北京市肝炎与肝癌精准医疗及转化工程技术研究中心。

    带领科研团队紧紧围绕我国艾滋病脑痴呆的诊断治疗分子机制、抗病药物引起线粒体毒性副作用的机制研究以及HIV和HBV耐药（表型耐药、基因型耐药、病毒载量等）新型检测方法展开了创新性研究。针对艾滋病脑病这一科学热点，同时在我国也是空白点，带领科研团队建立从临床患者、动物模型到体外神经细胞培养全方位的研究平台。构建HIV/gp120转基因小鼠，引进了p53、ASPP2基因缺失小鼠，进行脑痴呆分子机制分析，该部分我们共获得国家自然基金3项，国家自然基金国际合作1项，北京市自然基金重点项目1项，都顺利完成课题结题，其中1项国家自然基金结题获得了优秀，申请专利1项。针对抗病毒治疗的线粒体毒性，在“十一五”重大专项的支持下建立线粒体DNA定量检测方法，研究NRTI线粒体毒性机制，为艾滋病临床诊疗、提高药物安全性提供重要参考，此部分获得授权专利2项。同时在“十一五和十二五”重大专项支持下构建标准的新型HIV/HBV表型耐药分析载体体系，我国艾滋病脑病和耐药机制研究做出突出贡献。

    回国后作为课题负责人先后申请到科研项目近20项，发表SCI收录文章70余篇，包括hepatology，Cancer Research等知名杂志，总影响因子超过300余分，他引次数超过2500余次，中文核心期刊论著近200余篇，申请专利7项，其中授权专利5项，先后获得2012年北京市科技进步三等奖、2011年中华医学科技奖二等奖、2010年度丰台区科学技术二等奖、2009年度北京市卫生系统“十百千”卫生人才“十”层次人选以及第四届北京市归国人员创新创业特别贡献奖等奖励和政府特殊津贴人才。
